What IS a Buddhist - the Four Seals

Wed August 13th
7 p.m. to 8:30 p.m.

A Public Talk with Keith Rowan

To a casual observer, Buddhism seems to have a lot to do with golden statues and maybe shaven-headed monks and nuns. These are only outer symbols and cultural expressions. What makes a person a Buddhist is not necessarily visible on the outside. It is an acceptance of four fundamental tenets that reflect the nature of reality. These tenets are not beliefs and can, through contemplation, be tested as true. This acceptance through testing process makes for a real Buddhist.
