Some talk and practice with Keith Rowan
All objects, situations or expectations when examined clearly, are seen to be unreliable and uncertain by their very nature. Uncertainty feels scary so we habitually grasp at certainty. We fail to notice that this uncertainty is the way all of existence works and our clinging doesn't change any of it. On the downside, futile attachment is the root of frustration and fear. On the upside, it is this spontaneous changing nature that is the root of creativity and novelty.
