Take a break, relax, and enjoy the simple joy of shared sound during this peaceful afternoon session of mantra music hosted by one of our younger sangha members.

Whether you love to sing or simply want to soak it all in, this is a space for everyone. Words and music will be provided—you’re welcome to sing along or just listen and enjoy.

Toward the end, there’ll be a few songs where you can join in with your own instrument. Feel free to bring along something gentle like a drum, shaker, tambourine, chime, flute, ukulele, or even a rain stick. Simple instruments that blend into a relaxed environment are ideal, but hand claps and toe taps are just as welcome!
