Mindfulness & Meditation Training

From 6 p.m. until 7 p.m.

Discover the benefits of guided mindfulness and meditation in a friendly, supportive group setting. Each session offers practical techniques designed to enhance your physical, mental, and emotional well-being.

Whether you are new to mindfulness and looking to learn techniques you can use at home and in your everyday life, or an experienced practitioner looking to practice in a group setting, these ongoing sessions provide a supportive environment to learn and practice together.

What to expect:

  • 6.00–6.45 pm: Guided mindfulness and meditation practices led by an experienced facilitator
  • 6.45–7.00 pm Opportunity for reflection, discussion and questions in a relaxed group setting
  • You are welcome to sit on the floor or use a chair–whatever feels comfortable for you
  • Non–religious, evidence- based practices
