From 6 p.m. until 6:40 p.m.

Whether you are new to mindfulness and looking to learn techniques you can use at home and in your everyday life, or an experienced practitioner looking to practice in a group setting, these ongoing sessions provide a supportive environment to learn and practice together.

Meditation and mindfulness practices are non-religious and scientifically proven methods for improving physical, mental, and emotional health.
