Thu November 5th
7 p.m. to 9 p.m.
In the Mahayana, we say, “nothing withstands analysis”, suggesting insight provides greater freedom in terms of our choices and our insight into the nature of reality.
Jakob took refuge with Ven. Kalu Rinpoche in Denmark in 1974, travelling to India and Nepal, where he met and studied with his root teacher Dilgo Khyentse Rinpoche as well as other great lamas. Jakob completed a three-year retreat in Dordogne, France, from 1980 to 1984. Since 1993, he has served Dzongsar Khyentse Rinpoche and Siddhartha’s Intent as translator, teacher, and instructor. In his Dharma presentations, Jakob seeks to ensure that practitioners can understand the various Buddhist teachings and be able to proceed with their practice without hesitation.
