These sessions will be an introduction to the practice of analytic meditation. The term ‘analytic’ meditation is not about some cerebral form of theory making but a practice to help us see clearly through the overlay of fantasies and stories habitually attached to our experience and discover the underlying truth. The session will be divided into part instruction, part practice and part follow up discussion.

Keith Rowan has studied and practiced the Buddha’s teaching for over 45 years. He has been given direct instruction from two wonderful teachers and received teachings from many others. He is not a monastic but has a lifetime of experience cultivating and benefitting from Buddhist understanding whilst dwelling in suburbia.
