The Chenrezig meditation is a Tibetan Buddhist practice that embodies the union of wisdom and compassion. Using rich symbolic - imagery and sound (mantra) - it invites us to deeply connect with these two qualities. The meditation is offered on Monday mornings with one person guiding the practice for the group.
