Buddhist thought and practice is vast and thorough, rooted in the nature of reality as it is, free of elaboration or omission. This is the first of an occasional series of sessions where any questions can be asked about what might inspire, disturb or puzzle you. Through reason and close analysis, the causes of doubt, confusion or disturbance can be illuminated and, with practice, diminished and finally eliminated.
Keith Rowan has been a student of Buddhism for nearly 50 years and has been taught by some great teachers of that tradition. He has been freely sharing their wisdom for 25 years . He is skilled at removing unnecessary jargon and cultural overlay to make the insights of the Buddha accessible to a modern audience.
Any donations to support the Centre can be placed in the bowl by the door and are greatly appreciated.
