Whether you are new to mindfulness and looking to learn techniques you can use at home and in your everyday life, or an experienced practitioner looking to practice in a group setting, these ongoing sessions provide a supportive environment to learn and practice together.
Each session includes gentle guidance, quiet reflection, and space to simply be mindful—no special equipment or experience needed.
