The 37 Practices of Bodhisattvas
by Gyalse Tokme Zangpo
A pithy set of mind training instructions which presents an entire view of the path of a bodhisattva, someone whose aim is to be of benefit to all sentient beings. If you want to know what the Buddhist path is, this is a complete description. It will doubtless provoke much thought and discussion.
Sunday Practice Session

Each week, prior to the study group, there is a practice session based on the Rigdzin Practice Book which includes meditations on Manjusri (for clarity from confusion) and Vajrasattva (for purification of negative thoughts and actions.) It concludes with a short reading of the King of Prayers - Samantabhadra's Prayer for Excellent Conduct, an inspirational practice which invokes the highest aspirations of the human spirit.
You are welcome to attend either the practice session and/or the study group.
