Each Wednesday the usual silent meditation practice session is followed by a chance to discuss anything which you might want to explore using the Buddhist view of reality and the associated practices. The presenter, Keith Rowan, is a life-long student of Buddhist thought and practice. These sessions will be completely guided by the interests of those attending so they are a great opportunity to explore anything that interests, challenges or puzzles you.
All are welcome regardless of faith or belief or lack thereof! There is no guarantee that your questions will be answered but Keith has a wealth of experience and teaching to draw on. Click here for more information.
