A series of two talks with Keith Rowan
From the preliminary practices of Buddhism arises a clarity of the need to engage in discovering one of the great truths of Buddhas teaching, the utter elimination of the causes of suffering. This is called taking Refuge. Though one may decide to embark on this mission to gain such freedom for oneself, the greater task is to take on helping others to also achieve this end. This endeavour calls on developing all of the best qualities within our being in both the realms of compassion and wisdom.
